Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of catalinasupply.com (the Site), operated by Catalina Supply Inc, headquartered in San Diego, California. By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms.

The Site is an informational catalog and a channel for submitting business inquiries (quote requests and free-sample requests). Submitting a request through /contact or /samples does not constitute a contract, a binding offer, or acceptance. A purchase or sample shipment is governed by the separate quotation, order acknowledgement, and invoice issued by Catalina Supply Inc.

The Site is intended for business users — manufacturers, foodservice operators, distributors, and similar entities. Sample shipments are sent to qualified business addresses only. Residential addresses and personal-use requests will not be fulfilled.

Product specifications, certifications, and timelines on the Site are provided in good faith and may change. Current specifications, lead times, and pricing are confirmed in writing as part of a quotation issued by Catalina Supply Inc.

All content on the Site — including copy, design, layout, graphics, the “Catalina Supply” wordmark, and any compiled product information — is owned by Catalina Supply Inc or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, other than ordinary use of the Site for legitimate business evaluation.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated business information.
• Probe, scan, or otherwise attempt to compromise the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers to harvest content for commercial redistribution.
• Transmit malware or any unlawful, harassing, or infringing material.

The Site relies on Resend (transactional email) and Vercel (hosting and analytics) as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites we may link to.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Catalina Supply Inc does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalina Supply Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to USD one hundred dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catalina Supply Inc from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last reviewed” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
