We collect only the information you submit through our quote request form (/contact) and our sample-evaluation form (/samples). That typically includes:

Submitted information is used only to respond to your inquiry — pricing, lead times, compliance documentation, or to coordinate the shipment of product samples. We rely on two service providers to operate the site:

• Resend — transactional email delivery for form notifications and auto-replies. Resend processes the submitted contact details only to deliver the email and retains them subject to its own privacy terms.
• Vercel Analytics — aggregate page-view metrics. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly and does not track individual visitors with persistent identifiers, profile users, or share data with advertising networks.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics may use minimal first-party storage for aggregate metrics.

Form submissions land in our business inbox and are retained as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up business relationship. You can ask us to delete your records at any time by emailing info@catalinasupply.com.
